Obama Tells Bank CEOs “I’m the President and You’re Not!”

During last weeks meeting between the bank CEOs and President Obama, the nation’s leader expressed his true intentions. The atmopshere was something out of the norm for the bank CEOs. While they sat at a round table, they got a glass of water with nice ice. There were no picture taken and absolutely no excess money was spent to cater to the officers of the largest financial institutions of this country.
One CEO made the statement that “these are complicated companies who are competing for talent on an international market.” President Obama, being a true president of the people responded with “the public isn’t buying that.” Thank you president Obama! How long have these CEOs needed to hear that? At least for four years if not more! We finally have someone in power who is willing to stand up to these narcissistic, greedy liars!
President Obama expressed his discontent with the financial institutions with his presence and demeanor. After giving the CEOs a chance to voice their opinion and position on the current crisis Obama rebutted with
“I’m the President and You’re Not!”
Obama concluded by telling the Bank CEOs exactly what is expected of them. If it is not done correctly, they will not recieve any tax payers money. Once again, thank you President Obama! You are finally sticking up for that average American citizen. We are sick and tired of seeing CEOs waste money on excess fluff! Who really needs an $87,000 rug? Honestly, I am sure this is happening at every single financial institutions, but we just haven’t heard about it.
Luckily for us, we won’t hear about it anymore as OUR president is putting an end to it! As always, make sure to vote for President Obama on the Dollar here. We are trying to get over 1 million votes, so tell your friends!

Obama could make another statment, fire some bank ceo’s that are buying or have bought those 86,000 dollar rugs or what ever!! -

There is nothing in the Constitution that gives the Federal government the authority to take over banks, businesses, fire CEO’s, Board members etc. And unfortunately nothing to prevent the President from acting like an arrogant know-it-all. I only hope our country survives.

“Competing for talent”? Perhaps we should rid our banks of such “talent” that misjudged their own abilities and took on irresponsible risks with the sole motive of self-egrandizement. There is a myriad of “talented” folks not necessarily educated at Ivy League schools as the children of privilege. These might be bright, principled middle Americans who understand the big picture and can look out for the business world and the
American people simultaneously. We do not buy the current bankers’ arguments, and judge you grossly incompetent to even

Back up. It was obama who trained acorn who intimidated mortgage lenders into giving loans to those who couldn’t afford them. Obama represented acorn in court to enforce these bad loans. The liberal dems denied there was a crisis at Fannie and Freddie 4 years ago. Obama and the lib crew passed the pork bill that rose our debt to over 9 trillion. So save the congrats. The dictator wanna-be helped create the crisis.

On another note, Obama and the Liberals have consistently violated the Constitution of the U.S., which is an impeachable offense in and of itself. Read Federalist Paper # 46, which gives WE THE PEOPLE full power and authority to usurp all Federal officials from office, including the prez. WE THE PEOPLE can and should demand an unbiased investigation into criminal acts and all the Constitutional violations that these greedy libs have done. Another impeachable offence is misappropriations of public (our) funds. Obama is trying to change the Constitution’s original purpose, but he works for us, not the other way around. We have the power to get those insane libs out of office, so start fighting back and let them know we’re not gonna take it anymore. WE’RE TAKING BACK OUR COUNTRY.

Each conservative post here is a stark reminder that the Republican ostrich has its head buried deep in the sand, while even Newt Gingrich acknowledges if they don’t stop the conservative right wing hostage taking of the Republican party, we will see another party by next election. How is it that a sweeping loss at the polls hasn’t registered yet?
Perhaps you need another spanking at the polls? Learn from your mistakes and stop polarizing America. We all live here, and we can all respect each other’s widely differing opinions with the respect the Constitution affords us all.

What happened to the Constitution? Obama and his cabinet are far exceeding their authority – not that some of these institutions didn’t need to make changes but it was the government that directed them to give loans – AIG got stuck witht he insurance. We need to fight back or we will be totally socialistic and no rights. The Illegals should not be getting a free ride either. Remember Obama and Chicago politics – he has been sheltered from being named. He has been groomed for this position by others and do you really think these are his ideas? He is getting on cocky side and needs to start running into a political wall.

Ironic, you really need to check on reality, you seem to have lost track of the facts. Obama is literally bowing to the Arab king, he is arrogantly apologizing for America to equally arrogant Europe who take our aid but thumb their nose at us.
I have no interest in polarizing America
In fact the reason we are in the situation we are is because Republicans are live and let live people. We don’t care if you’re gay, you’re communist, atheist, what color you are or your intellectual development. We just want to live our lives quietly, morally according to a set of principles which vary from person to person. The one principle that unites us is- let me live my life the way I want and you live your life the way you want but getting in my face demanding I sanction your morals or accept your way of life is a violation of that live and let live premis.
If you want to give more money to the poor- go ahead. Don’t ask me to, I give to other charities. I work hard to earn my money and while I don’t mind paying a small tax to assure the public defense and maybe a highway or two; I take extreme exception to giving money to lazy ass people without the decency to get up get out and get a job. You want to help him- you do it, don’t ask me to.
You bought more house than you could afford? Why is it my responsibility to help you pay for it? I bought a house, it wasn’t as grand as what I wanted but it was what I could afford– Responsibly. Now you want me to “help out the other guy” he didn’t help me when I wanted a bigger house, and I wouldn’t have asked, it’s not his responsibility.
Polarity? I have heard Democrats call our President a Nazi, our troops baby killers, use the race card, use class warfare, demonize oil companies, demonize Wall Street, the Military and Capitlaism itself. Where do you think your retirement funds are invested? How are you going to drive your car to peace rallys without fuel, how are you going to sleep at night without the veil of safety provided by courageous volunteers who serve in our military.
But then maybe you are not open minded enough to think about it. And I have merely added to global warming exhaling CO2 and wishing you would just let it be. -

From the comments it looks like some remember what they were taught in grade school. I have always wondered how plants could grow so thick where there is few mammals. Plants take CO2 and turn it into the air we breath. There was an thing they built called ecolab where they thought they could create a total separate environment with a balance of plant and animal life that it would sustain it’s self. It failed because the plants cause co2 to ex spell from the soil and they had to ventilate the lab. Findings were that the earths weather patterns move the air around so that animal life can survive. In short if plants don’t have enough co2 the make it.

As for Obama telling the CEO’s he’s President not them it don’t surprise me because Democrats think that they have a right to govern, and if you work hard, have something that sells, or a skill people will pay for, and you get rich, you cheated, or done something illegal. As far as I’m concerned their going to far with this cap and trade. In short if you use any energy you have to pay more to the government. That’s everyone if you use electricity, heat your home. So walking to work is not going to exempt you from paying it. Plus it going to add to the cost of everything you consume. If they were serious about going green they could put a hydro generator in every dam in the country that is required to let water to flow by it for those down steam to have water, and let the force of the water turn the generator as goes by. They would allow more nuclear plants to be built. They won’t because the same people who want everyone to go green don’t want to use the technology we already have do help. I believe you might call them hypocrites.

I was going to post my comments when I discovered this blog sit.
However after reading the prior post , I feel the same way everyone before me feels. Disturbed, disgusted, ashamed of the actions of some of the leaders in America, Proud of our President for speaking out , yet afraid of the consequences of those actions, Wondering where all of our leaders in America are really taking this country. All of the Governors in the South are raising taxes like never before in America’s history We voted againt some of these taxes at election time in Arkansas and now our elected officials are implementing them anyway. What good is an election these days ? They do what they want in Arkansas , not what the people voted for or against.In our small town their are 47 non-profit organizations as of 4-9-2009. All of the founders have million dollar mansions, expensive vehicles and the list goes on and on. My point is the Chamber of Commerence and an ex state representative ( who I won’t name) decided to hire a CEO of the Economic Developement here . The ex State Rep got $10,000.00 per month for this caper. I don’t know how much they are paying the man chosen for this job , but he was bought out of a pool of people another non-profit recommended) The scam goes on and on! The new CEO decided he should get on the ballot a special election to get the poor people in this small town to vote on a tax increase so he could attract some industry to our community. We voted against it and won! Now it is in the newspaper where we will be stuck with the tax whether we like it or not. Democrats are really over stepping their boundaries now because I am mad and telling the whole world about my small community. These people wrote a grant 10 years ago and received millions of dollars to build a building with no parking lot, no windows , and no business to take it and put people to work here. It still sits empty with all of the millions in the same pockets here. These types of stories are going on all accross the country. I am a professional grant writer and a professional money finder is how I know what they are doing laughing all the way to the Bank while people are not employed by these funds and more people are on Government assistance here because of the Rich leaders in this small community. We have so many mansions for a town with a population of only 8,000 citizens.
Everyones eyes are on Washington right now but if everyone would go to the local newspaper office and read the old newspapers they would know the crooks in their home towns who contributed to thjis mess with Grant money from the Tax Payers in America. Our President just appropriated 22 million dollars to Kenya where his realatives live. Now they are no longer poor either. Go to http://www.usa.gov or http://www.White house news.gov and read this from the White House in Washington.
